to Agia Varvara Park / Springs of Agia Varvara
The Agia Varvara / Agia Barbara park in the centre of the town of Drama. The springs of Agia Varvara in the midst of the 60 acre park make is an ideal place to spend a couple of hours. There are coffee shops within the park, lakes and small waterfalls.
Around 4th December, when there is the 'Varvara' name day celebration, the locals float small paper boats on the lake.
